Supplier photo
Drop the photo the supplier sent. It is only a reference and is never published. If it is a grid of several shots, crop to one clean product panel before identifying, otherwise Lens matches the collage instead of the bag.
Pick the match. Compare against your crop on the left. A wrong pick means a wrong online price, so take the extra second.
What a real website charges. Shown to customers as Reference with the source named, never as MRP.
Cost and floor stay private. Selling below the floor needs a second founder to approve.
Cost is required. Without it every rupee of the sale counts as
profit and gets split three ways. Enter 0 only if the piece genuinely cost nothing.
Your own shots, not the supplier's. Shoot on a white surface and the background cleans itself up. Front is required; the rest are optional but a full set sells better.
Pulled from the page you picked. Use them to match angles and check details while you shoot. You can drop one into a slot as a placeholder, but replace it with your own shot before the listing goes out: these are someone else's photographs.
WhatsApp usually drops text when an image is attached, so send the image first, then paste the caption.
Link always shows current stock. PDF is a snapshot to keep. Photos rebuilds the WhatsApp images, best for a handful at a time.
Needs attention
Two things land here. Blocks past their window: the stock is already free again, these just need closing off as sold or released so the record stays honest. Listings with no cost keyed: until a cost is entered, every rupee of a sale is counted as profit and split three ways, and the books still balance so nothing else flags it.
Money
Paid to the supplier against the cost keyed onto items. A big gap means stock is still being entered. A small one is usually a typo.
Settings
Used to convert a foreign reference price. Editable on purpose: a hardcoded rate goes stale and embarrasses you. The rate used is stored on each item.
The alert nudges when any founder's balance drifts past that figure between settlements.
These apply to everything a customer sees: the creative, the caption, the
public catalogue page and the PDF. Hiding the price on the image while the catalogue link
still prints it would achieve nothing, so all four follow this.
The Online price comparison always stays: it is a published
third-party figure, not yours, and it is what makes the listing persuasive.
Sold out always shows even with the count hidden, because that is a
status rather than a quantity.
You can still override either one for a single share, on the preview screen.
The link and the PDF now live on the Stock tab, so they follow whichever filter you have selected there. A PDF forwards well and works offline, but it is a snapshot: it is stamped with the time it was built and carries the live link, so build a fresh one each time you send it.
For once only, after you have finished testing: deletes every practice listing, photo,
sale and money entry so real trading starts from zero. Item codes go back to LC-0001.
Kept: your three logins, your settings, the condition list, the
expense categories, your profit split, and the Lens cache.
Cannot be undone. There is no backup.
